If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will send replacements or issue a credit. Please have your order number ready.
Returns for credit (less shipping) are accepted within 5 days of purchase and must include a copy of the invoice. WITHOUT EXCEPTION, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED ITEMS.
If you need to return merchandise, please email us explaining what items you would like to return. Once we approve your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. You may then send us the unopened and unused merchandise along with your Return Authorization Number. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit the original credit card used for purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to 3-1-1 Travel Bag error.
Returns for Refund
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges. For merchandise refund, returns must be received within 5 days from the date of purchase.
How to Return Merchandise
Without exception, returns must be sent UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail or Priority Mail. All returns must be insured for full value and by using UPS or FedEx you are able to track the shipment. Please include your return authorization number and a copy of the invoice.

We rely on the accuracy of the address you enter. We cannot credit your account if the package is returned for incorrect/insufficient addresses. Please include a phone number with your order.
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping you will need to file a claim through your chosen shipping company as no refunds are given directly by us for claims that need to be filed with the responsible shipping company.
REFUSAL AND/OR RETURN OF DAMAGED OR UNDAMAGED ORDERS/ITEMS
All returns, in whole or in part, must be fully insured for the total retail price of the merchandise being returned. The customer is responsible for pre-paying all shipping and insurance costs. Each item must be inner-packed in a protective manner as to insure the safe return to us undamaged. Carefully re-wrap items to be returned in their original inner-packaging-materials (such as: bubble wrap, tissue and air cushioning pillows) and if needed additional inner-packaging-materials to prevent items from damage during transit. If you are returning an item do not return it in the original exterior shipping carton if that carton is in anyway already damaged, or shows any signs of stress, crushing, or wear!
FAILURE TO FULLY INSURE, REPACK, OR INNER-PACK RETURNED ITEM(S) WILL RESULT IN OUR REFUSAL TO CREDIT YOU FOR THAT ITEM IF IT IS LOST, OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT BACK TO US!
